Final exam conservatory
This page is about my final exam concert which took place last 14 June 2005. With this concert, I have finished the first phase of my organ studies at the Rotterdam Conservatory.
The exam was quite a success, I passed with a mark 8½! The jury consisted of the four organ teachers of the Rotterdam Conservatory, together with an independent president and an external expert (Jan Hage).
The exam took place at 5:30pm in the Laurenskerk, Rotterdam. Visitors were welcome. You can click here to view my poster (in PDF).
The church is in the proud possession of four organs; I played on the main organ. This instrument was built in 1973 by the Danish organ building firm of Marcussen and is among the largest organs in the Netherlands. I was honoured to be able to give a concert on this organ.
Those who couldn't be there can still listen to the concert (in MP3-format) using the links below.
New! (23/9/2005)
